5 year warranty on newly built Night Vision Devices that covers the housings of your unit against manufacture defects to the original purchaser
1 year manufacture warranty against defects on Elbit and NNVT intensifiers, 2 year on L3 Harris.
It is up to the sole decision of Nightfall Optics LLC to determine if your device was defective in nature or from miss-use or negligence from the end user.
Nightfall Optics will either repair or replace your device in the event of a warranty issue, no refunds will be given.
Not Covered
Most damage to devices are caused by mis use such as high light, lasers, or over exposure to a light source so please reach out to us if you have any questions about care for your device!
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from use
Damage from drops or impacts
Devices that are opened and altered by anyone other than Nightfall Optics
Negligence or improper use
Second hand/Used items and Devices (Night Vision, Lasers, Mounts, etc)
