Description
The ARCH helmet is relied upon by special forces, military, law enforcement, and civilians in over 30 countries.
The ARCH is engineered for extreme conditions. It is NIJ lab-tested in the U.S. to stop .44 Magnum, .357 SIG, and other common threats. Built with premium American materials like Kevlar® from DuPont, our advanced manufacturing process minimizes backface deformation (BFD) and reduces the risk of trauma from ballistic impacts, ensuring maximum protection in the field.
PGD ARCH ballistic helmet
Product features

The PGD ARCH ballistic helmet starts its journey in Switzerland with raw Kevlar® fibers from the American company DuPont. These fibers are transformed into aramid layers by Europe’s leading textile research and innovation center, Saati S.p.A. in Italy, before being expertly pressed into the durable and trusted shell
We use a proprietary pre-preg lamination process which allows us to make a multi-hit ballistic helmet that is extremely durable at a lower weight.
The PGD ARCH helmet weighs only L(2.97 lbs), XL(3.06 lbs) for the complete helmet system. This makes the ARCH helmet, one of the lightest aramid ballistic helmets on the market. The superior weight-to-protection ratio allows for a greater mobility during use without sacrificing the ballistic performance.
The PGD ARCH GEN3 ballistic helmet is tested according to following ballistic threats:
- NIJ 0106.01 standard with IIIA 0101.06 threats: .44 magnum and .357 SIG.
- NIJ 0106.01 standard with IIIA 0108.01 threats: .44 magnum and 9 mm FMJ.
- NIJ 0106.01 standard with special threat 9 x 18 mm steel core MAK 6.0 g at velocity (335±10) m/s
- NIJ 0106.01 standard with special threat 7.62 x 25 mm FMJ 5.5 g standard lead core at (520±10) m/s
- V50 STANAG 2920: 660 m/s
- 50% reduction in Back Face Deformation (BFD) against 9 mm (HPW-TP-0401.01B IIIA)
The PGD ARCH helmet is built for Americans, using premium American materials and tested in leading U.S. ballistic laboratories to ensure unmatched protection and reliability.
With high-performance Kevlar® fibers from the American company DuPont, we prioritize the safety and trust of those who serve. Every step of our production process meets the highest standards, guaranteeing a helmet that American military and law enforcement professionals can depend on when it matters most.
Our priority is your safety, and we believe in providing you with a ballistic helmet that you can trust to do its job effectively, every time.
We understand that choosing a helmet is not a decision to be taken lightly, which is why we stand behind our products with complete confidence. PGD guarantees our ARCH helmet to provide you with a superior level of protection and performance, any time your life may depend on it.

Our proprietary aramid composition of the helmet allows it to perform the same in both ambient and wet environments as well as in extreme heat, cold and humid conditions without changing any performance on the aramid shell. The ARCH ballistic properties will not fade over time, ensuring long-lasting protection for the user.

PGD 10-pad memory foam
The PGD 10-pad system is a uniquely designed and highly popular solution, shaping to your head in just 2-3 seconds for a fit that feels like an “aircrew” helmet. This unmatched comfort is made possible by our proprietary 10-pad memory foam technology, which not only enhances wearability but also significantly reduces the impact of blunt force trauma.
Moreover, the pads are easily replaceable and can be attached using velcro, making maintenance easy.
-
Duraflex® buckles and PGD Dial
The PGD ARCH helmet features a premium suspension system with American-made Duraflex® buckles for a fast and secure fit.
Our uniquely designed PGD Dial ensures unmatched precision, stability, and a snug, reliable adjustment for maximum comfort and performance.
The front shroud and rails are made with a unique polymer + glass-fiber composition that offers higher tensile strength and lighter weight than all common die-cast metals to include Aluminum, Magnesium and Zinc.
The front shroud is compatible with the Wilcox, Norotos, Cadex and similar night vision mounts.
Our rails are compatible with the following headset adapters: 3m Peltor, Sordin, Ops-core AMP arms, Earmor, and any similar system. Additional accessories can attach to the helmet via provided Velcro or the rail system.
When purchasing a PGD ARCH helmet, you must select your preferred NVG shroud option.
