Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final unless inspected and deemed damaged by Nightfall Optics LLC.

• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee; a return label will be provided if approved.

• If a device has been altered or damaged due to improper use or part swapping, any refund will be void.

• If we deem the damage not the user’s fault, we will honor our warranty and support our customers.

Cancellations

• Please contact us before placing an order if you have questions.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

• Wait times are estimates; we do not cut corners on quality.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Nightfall Optics LLC with questions prior to ordering.

• If a refund is approved, we will refund the original amount minus credit card processing fees (if applicable).
