The Designate IR-V laser from 3EIR is a rugged dual-laser aiming device with an integrated VCSEL infrared illuminator, designed for professional low-light and night shooting applications. Built in the USA, this compact unit features a low-profile housing made from 3D-printed synthetic nylon with a Cerakote finish, offering durability while remaining lightweight on the rifle.
The green visible laser (520nm) and infrared laser (830nm) are factory co-aligned, making zeroing fast and simple—adjust one and both stay aligned. The powerful VCSEL IR illuminator (850nm) provides a clean, focused infrared beam for long-range use and includes a flip-up diffuser for quick transition to CQB flood illumination. Operation of the Designate IR-V laser is simple, using a single mode selector knob and onboard fire button. A Crane-compatible remote switch port is included for weapon-mounted use.
This unit runs on a single CR123A battery and delivers over 5 hours of runtime. It is fully sealed and IP68 rated for submersion protection, making it dependable for harsh field use. The Designate IR-V laser is an excellent alternative to higher-priced military systems while maintaining reliable performance and streamlined controls.
