NL914C Battery Pack

The Nightline NL914C Power Pack is a patented battery housing upgrade for the PVS-14 that delivers major improvements in power efficiency, durability, and overall performance. Designed and manufactured in the United States, this innovative power solution replaces the traditional PVS-14 battery housing and offers the ability to run either CR123A or AA batteries in a single, compact unit.

Using high-output CR123A lithium batteries, the NL914C can double or even triple the runtime of a PVS-14—especially when paired with high-draw unfilmed white phosphor tubes. The advanced digital circuitry manages power delivery efficiently while reducing total system weight. At only 1.6 oz (45 g), it is approximately 36% lighter than a standard mil-spec PVS-14 battery housing.

The NL914C also replaces traditional rotary knobs, which are the #1 failure point on standard PVS-14 housings, with robust push-button controls for power, gain, and IR activation. This increases shock resistance, reliability, and water resistance while simplifying operation.

Professional installation and nitrogen purge are recommended to maintain fog resistance, but advanced users may install the unit themselves if desired.
