Featuring a hybrid composite shell, it achieves NIJ Level III-A ballistic performance while keeping total system weight to just 2.6 lbs, making it one of the most capable lightweight ballistic helmets available. The shell is designed with a unique geometry to deliver optimal fit and coverage without compromising mobility or comfort.
This helmet comes equipped with Team Wendy’s boltless CAM FIT™ Retention System using the BOA® Fit dial for precise adjustment and a secure, stable platform during movement. Combined with a Zorbium® foam liner and sixteen moveable comfort pads, the EXFIL 3.0 provides impact protection and customizable comfort for extended wear. The liner is also designed to accommodate overhead communication headsets commonly used by tactical teams.
A Wilcox® W three-hole NVG shroud is preinstalled to support night vision integration. The helmet also includes the EXFIL® Rail 3.0 mounting system, which is 25% lighter than the previous EXFIL 2.0 rails and compatible with all EXFIL accessories, including the EXFIL Ballistic Visor and Face Shield. Magpul® MOE® Picatinny rails and shock cord NVG stabilization kit are included for mounting mission-essential accessories such as lights, cameras, and strobes.
